About Artography Weddings.

Originally from West Suffolk, Chris has been an electronic engineer, soldier and designer at various locations around the country (and indeed the world). He became interested in photography at a very young age mainly due to the ability to merge the technical and aesthetic aspects of the art form, not to mention an older brother also with a keen photographic interest - sibling rivalry has much to answer for!

Chris started Artography Weddings in 2001, and has photographed many weddings over the years. He has always taken a personal interest in the latest technology (and gadgets) to ensure the highest quality results and has won many prizes for his photography.

Recently Chris has taken more interest in environmental issues, and ensures that the business conducts itself in an environmentally considerate manner.

Environmental Policy

We respect our environment, and as far as possible we keep all paperwork to a minimum. Our business cards and brochures are printed on recycled paper. We use professional digital cameras, which produce fantastic quality without using film or the attendant processing chemicals. Proofing is done via the internet or on DVD whenever practical. Traditional and digital albums are all produced in the UK to cut down on the 'product miles'. All photographs are printed digitally which again avoids the use of photographic chemicals.

Chris drives a small more fuel efficient car to cut down on emissions. We're always open to suggestions and ideas which help to further reduce the impact of our work on the environment.

We use only top quality products, selected in line with our environmental policy.

• We use UK made products wherever possible to avoid unnecessary air freight
• We use recycled paper for letters, business cards and brochures
• Waste is recycled as far as possible
• We use digital printing systems to avoid use of photo chemicals
• We give preference to weddings in the local area so as to minimise travelling and it’s impact on the environment.
